12. Refunds

All digital products, including e-books, command packs, and downloadable guides, are final sale and non-refundable once delivered, because access is granted immediately on purchase. Printed books purchased through Amazon follow Amazon's return policy. Registration for recorded or live sessions may be transferred to a future session but is non-refundable unless a session is canceled by the firm, in which case registrants receive a full refund.
